QuickCoat+ (389) is a high-performance polymer-modified, hydrophobic, cementitious exterior skim coat (finish coat). It is specially formulated to have improved flexibility and good water repellence to protect against cracks and efflorescence. It is suitable for rendered walls, concrete walls, and ceilings, and provides excellent protection against the building envelope.
