Description
MCI EXCILA 1900 is a fast drying solvent based alkali resisting adhesion contact primer suitable for exterior and interior plastered wall, concrete, bricks and other mineral substrates. It has excellent resistance to efflorescence and alkalinity, outstanding flow, stain covering power, penetrating and adhesive strength. It is a special contact sealer for all surfaces that is in deteriorated and chalky condition, which provides good adhesive strength to the substrate and renders the chalky surface suitable for subsequent topcoat.
