Description 

TPS - XTRA Yellow (Minyak) is a highly concentrated water based cellulose polymer plasticiser. It is an ultimate additive that replaces the use of lime in conventional plastering. Commonly being mix with cement to apply as topcoat for cement sand plaster's surface. 

  

Use as additive to mix with cement for cement sand plaster topcoat finishes.

 Safety Precaution  Wash With Plenty of Water in case of eye contact. Seek Medical Help Immediately if Symptom Persists.

  

Application 

  1. Mix 1 packet of TPS Yellow with 1 bag of cement (20kg).. 
  2. Add 5-6kg of water into the mixture of TPS YEllow and cement.. 
  3. Stir with electric mixer until creamy consistency.. 
  4. Leave the mixture for 3 minutes to achieve best result.. 
  5. Product is ready for plaster when the base coat is touch dry. Sponge wet if surface is too dry or left overnight.. 

**Note: Do Not Use On Gypsum, Wood Or Metal Substrates
